Shipping Policy

• We currently ship across India
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
• Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on location
• Shipping timelines may vary during sales, holidays, or unforeseen delays
• Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

Note: Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly shown at checkout.

Return & Replacement Policy

Due to the nature of cookware products, we accept returns only in case of manufacturing defects or transit damage.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• The product must be unused and in original packaging
• Photos or videos may be required for verification

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

What Is Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage due to misuse or improper handling
• Seasoning variations in cast iron (this is natural and expected)

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
• Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted
• To cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing it.
